The position we offer
Welcome to the Debt Solutions & Loans team. The team consist of six professionals in Denmark (approx. 30 in the Nordics), responsible for arranging, structuring and executing a variety of debt transactions for some of the largest listed and private companies in Denmark, including corporate acquisition financing (M&A), bond issuance, rating- and capital structure advisory as well as other structured debt transactions. In addition, we spend significant time advising clients on how to integrate sustainability into financing and our team also hosts a centre of excellence within Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Financing to support the green transition.
As the Assistant Analyst in the Debt Solutions & Loans team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most competent and experienced investment banking professionals in the Nordics. As a part of our team, you will be exposed to the most interesting and high-profile debt transactions in the region whilst having fun at the same time. High-performing Assistant Analysts may be offered full-time Analyst position upon graduation.
Supported by senior colleagues, the position will provide experience across a broad range of tasks, including:
- Company and market analysis
- Preparation of presentation material in MS PowerPoint
- Financial & credit rating analysis and modelling in MS Excel
- Supporting our sustainability advisory to customers with research, analysis and strategic input
- Variety of ad-hoc analysis in order to both source and execute new business opportunities

The role is based at our headquarter (Metro) in Copenhagen.
The position is 20 hours a week with flexibility during exam and holiday periods.

The qualifications and skills that you need to possess:
- Goal oriented with a strong drive, allowing you to work independently and on multiple challenging and fun assignments, whilst still maintaining a high degree of quality-consciousness
- A strong interest in Finance and are eager to deepen your knowledge in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve
- We expect you to be amongst the top ranked students, but we also focus on the off campus experience you have gained
- An experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally, you have approximately two years left until you graduate with a master’s diploma
- Ability to work in Danish and in English
