About this opportunity

Welcome to Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM), a team of highly qualified and experienced individuals working across complex areas, both individually and as a team. The team is part of the wider Enterprise-wide Risk Management and Recovery & Resolution (ERM&RR) team that sits at the heart of GRs efforts to ensure robust, relevant and transparent financial and regulatory risk management across the Nordea Group.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse and elaborate Nordea’s risk appetite framework and risk profile.
• Participate in Nordea’s Enterprise-wide stress testing framework including both internal and regulatory stress test.
• Strengthen Nordea’s firm-wide risk perspective across risk appetite, stress testing, recovery and resolution.
• Participate in complex framework and project development processes with many stakeholders and senior management interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Group Risk as well as across the Nordea Group.

Your experience and background: 

• Experience in banking or the financial sector
• Experience in working with either:
  • Risk frameworks
  • Stress testing
  • Asset and liability management
  • Accounting, or project management
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki.
