Do you want to work on topics of strategic importance for Personal Banking? I’m currently looking for Business Developers who - can act as Business Analysts or Product owners – to help deliver great experience for our customers. We have many movements in our capability and are always looking for the next person to do career in our Unit.
 

About this opportunity
 

Welcome to the Capability Area Product Management. We provide the Personal Banking agile development organization with skilled Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts. As having the role of a Product Owner or a Business Analyst you will play a valuable role in designing and implementing solutions that bring value to our customers and to Nordea.
 

What you’ll be doing (some of the below tasks depending on the role):
 

  • Practice agile principles and work in an agile framework, and proactively propose improvements to the agile setup you are part of
  • Understand and use the stakeholder management to create impact and mutual understanding cross the organisation, help setting the direction
  • Actively support/drive the refinements of requirements and features in your team
  • Develop and put your technical skills to good use to explore options for - and help shape – the best solution to the requirements
  • Facilitate and create the right conditions for effective group processes like workshops
  • Practice and strengthen your business analytical skills, and help colleagues around you grow
  • Extract knowledge and understandable insights from data in various forms, and facilitate data driven decision making
     

You will join my team in the Product management Capability area in Copenhagen, designed for growing your skills as a Business Developer. Depending on your professional background and experiences you will be assigned to an agile development hub and be part of a cross-functional agile team, working towards a shared business purpose.
 

You will be the team’s specialist in business understanding and analysis, investigating the work of the business to find pain points to be fixed, as well as creating new attractive solutions. Could also be the Product Owner setting the direction for the service together with the Stakeholders.

Your experience and background:

 

  • You might have a background as an experienced business developer, IT analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner and Agile ways of working (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Agile-Lean)
  • You want to be part of changing how financial services are offered
  • You have experience in requirement analysis and can communicate requirements using visualization tools and methods such as process modelling, use case modelling etc.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, a bonus if fluent in Danish
