And are you at the same time on a continuous outlook for improving processes? Then you may be our new Business Developer in the Digital Engagement team within the Wealth Management Denmark area.
About this opportunity
As Business Developer in the Digital Engagement team your goal is to create the best omni-channel experience for Nordea’s most wealthy private customers. We are on a fast paced digital development with an award-winning net- and mobilebank platform, and increasing awareness and demand from customers to have digital interactions.
What you’ll be doing
The job is to drive the development of the investment performance follow-up, e.g:
- Process optimize current manual processes
- Drive a strengthened digital experience of performance follow-up
You’ll join forces with a group of ambitious and execution-oriented colleagues, who strive to drive the change agenda in an everchanging landscape. Half of us are business developers with a solid project management tool box, and the other half specialists in operating and delivering investment performance reporting to our customers. We cooperate, we share, we give feedback in order to develop the business and ourselves.
The position is located in Copenhagen in the Nordea Metro-building in Ørestaden.

- Are proficient in project and stakeholder management and have excellent relationship skills with strong passion for collaboration
- Communicate well, both in writing and orally, understanding the importance of preparing and presenting decision proposals
- Possess a structured approach to undertake manual processes while at the same time improving these
Your experience and background:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from process optimisation and/or business development
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English
- Knowhow of using investment reporting system, such as Portman, will be seen as a plus
