We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media working for an agency or a brand. About the role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll join Nordea Personal Banking DK's Data, Digital Sales & Engagement Team – a skilled and collaborative group working across Paid Media, Content, CRM, SEO, Analytics and CRO.
You'll work closely with two other paid media specialists while taking responsibility for own campaign tasks – such as media planning, setting up ads, monitoring performance and reporting on results across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Search and YouTube.

The team is located in Copenhagen, Denmark, from where you will also be working.
What you'll do:
- Set up and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance across channels
- Apply your knowledge of how digital ads drive awareness, engagement and conversions
- Use data and insights to optimize campaign results
- Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, content and analytics
- Contribute with structure, attention to detail and fresh ideas
Who you are
To succed in this role we believe that you:
- Experience with paid media is required for this position
- Have hands-on experience managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and online communication
- Have a proven analytical mindset and is comfortable working with performance data
- Are structured, dependable and detail-oriented
- Speak Danish and English on a high level
- Are motivated to further develop within digital marketing
