Domain Lead for Retail and Mobile payments
København S, 2300
Job ID: 3095
Would you like to lead a dedicated and competent team while shaping Nordea Retail and Mobile payments offerings? Retail & Mobile payments are entering a new era. Instant, account based and mobile payment solutions are transforming how people pay, get paid and manage their money — creating new competitive dynamics and raising the bar for customer expectations.
As a Head of Retail & Mobile Payments, you will be a part of shaping the strategic direction in one of our most important domains at the heart of Nordea’s payments agenda across the Nordic region.
This role carries end-to-end accountability for the retail payments domain — spanning the long-term strategic direction, investment priorities and target state, as well as portfolio health and resilience and the day-to-day run and maintenance. You will work in close partnership with both Head of Payments and the technology domain lead, jointly ensuring that strategic ambition is grounded in scalable, secure and operationally relevant and robust solutions for both our corporate and private consumers across the Nordic Nordics.

- Represent Nordea in relevant payment industry forums, market initiatives and strategic partnerships within the non-card retail and mobile payments domain
Business–technology leadership:
- Operate at the intersection of business and technology, with joint accountability alongside the Technology Domain Lead for portfolio health, scalability, resilience and long-term market fit
Run, change and execution:
- Hold run and change accountability for the portfolio, ensuring stable day-to-day operations while continuously evolving existing and new product offerings
- Ensure effective execution through relevant delivery and execution hubs, with accountability for delivery outcomes rather than hands-on task execution

- Lead and continuously develop the Retail and Mobile Payments domain by guiding your leadership team and employees, setting clear direction, driving accountability, and fostering a strong performance culture.
- Act as the senior owner of outcomes, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the value chain, Nordea Group, Transaction Banking, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal
