We are looking for a full-time Enterprise Architect to drive the architecture for the Front Office domain within our Markets & Traded Products service area, in close collaboration with business and technology counterparts.

About our team
Welcome to the Trading Architecture team! We are a team of experienced Enterprise Architects, working closely together with stakeholders across the business and technology organization supporting the entire bank across customer segments. We drive strategic architecture work while supporting ongoing execution initiatives with architectural guidance and steering.
The Markets & Traded Products area provides trading & markets services to the entire organization and is largely divided into 5 areas: Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, Operations and Data Services. As enterprise architect, you will drive the architecture for all Front Office capabilities including real time price distribution, order management, internalization, hedging and many more. In parallel to the strategic work, you will act as a sparring partner for ongoing change initiatives, governing the architecture for a large portfolio of business critical trading platforms.
You’ll join a team of experienced architects with broad and deep knowledge of the business, the technology and the architecture. The role is based in Denmark, Finland or Poland.
What you'll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Work with business and technology stakeholders in developing target and transition architectures that will drive our enterprise architecture forward to support the overall business strategy.
- Join the domain leadership team with business and technology counterparts.
- Build a collaborative space with solution architects & lead developers to ensure that architecture governance is a natural and integral part of the way we build solutions.
- Guide and review high level solution designs ensuring alignment with target & transition architectures, strategies, principles and reference architectures.
- Provide functional leadership to delivery teams and engage as a key sparring partner at multiple levels, including topics on architecture, data modelling, integration patterns, API design, data solutions, governance and more.
- Join project steering committees and various governance forums to ensure architectural alignment and direction.
Who you are

- Master the architectural disciplines and have the ability to take high level business strategies and objectives and transform them to tangible and executable architectures.
- Are a team player but also able to work well on your own when required.
Your background and skills include:
- Proven expertise within enterprise architecture and high level solution design.
- Ideally strong understanding of the trading domain and the financial sector.
- You probably have a Bachelor or a Master in computer science, engineering or similar combined with several years of experience working with architecture disciplines.
