As part of Group Finance, the Core Technology Financial Partnering team is the trusted advisor and strategic finance partner to Core Technology and its stakeholders at Nordea. You will join a team of dedicated and experienced Finance Partners with a footprint across Sweden and Poland. What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with Technology Leaders to provide financial support, challenge assumptions and drive performance incl. Identifying, explaining and managing cost drivers
- Support identification of areas to meet Technology cost target plans to drive cost efficiency and support cost savings initiatives
- Strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, capex and opex
- Business Case Management, ensuring alignment of financial plans and benefits with strategy plans and goals
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc cost control and reporting, providing meaningful and actionable insights and comments including risks & mitigating actions

Your background and skills include:
- Degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance
- 8-10 years of relevant experience e.g. Finance Business Partner or management consulting with focus on Technology
- Proven analytical and project oriented background - able to operate both deep within the details but also able to see the big picture, when working with both numerical and verbal data
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships across Business and Technology
- Strategic mind-set and a strong drive with an interest to learn and develop
