We are looking for a Lead or Senior Communication Partner, working 50% for Asset & Wealth Management and 50% with internal communication. The role is permanent and can be based in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
About our team
Meet the Internal Engagement and Communication Partnering team. We are part of the Group Corporate Communication team, within Group Branding, Communication and Marketing. Our team is responsible for Group Internal Communication and we support Business Areas & Group Functions in Nordea, executing business plans and reaching financial targets.
Our team support internal Group-wide activities in the line with our communication guidelines to support Nordic initiatives and Group strategy across the business areas and Group functions. You will join a high-performing and dedicated team of communication professionals with the ambition to deliver first-class communication and brand experiences.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role will involve providing multi-channel communication advice and content aligned with the Group’s key priorities both for Asset & Wealth Management, as well as for Group Internal Communication.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Asset & Wealth Management as their communication partner
- Craft compelling brand stories and engaging internal content, such as articles and other written communication
- Execute editorial planning and content creation across suitable channels
- Drive communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and cultivate a strong sense of belonging and brand ambassadorship to achieve the results we are looking for
- Develop and implement communication plans aligned with the Group strategy and thought leadership themes
- Support and drive effective change management communication strategies for organisational initiatives, ensuring employees are able to understand and embrace changes
- Provide your stakeholders with well-defined and high-quality strategic communication advice
Who you are
This is the right role for you, if you have a strategic mindset, with the ability to align communication goals with business objectives. We believe that you are a good planner and have experience in time management in order to organize your work efficiently. You have an analytical mindset and can work independently as well as collaborate with different internal stakeholders.
Your background and skills include:
- Skilled communicator with 10+ years work experience in communication
- Expertise in senior stakeholder management and collaboration and willingness to interact and collaborate with people at different levels
- Experience in content development and production
- Proficient writer in English with good presentation skills, as English is our corporate language and you will work in a Nordic team
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Experience from the financial industry
- Experience from Asset & Wealth Management
