Being a Graduate in Product & Business Development

  • We aim to be the best-performing financial services group in the Nordics accelerated by technology, data and AI.
  • The Product & Business Development area plays a central role in identifying growth opportunities and creating value across Nordea’s products, services and customer segments.
  • In this area you collaborate with colleagues from multiple functions to design innovative solutions, support strategic initiatives, and enhance customer experience. The role involves analyzing market trends, exploring new business models, and driving projects that strengthen Nordea’s competitive position.
  • In this role you need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as curiosity and commercial awareness. It is an advantage if you have a basic understanding of finance, banking products, or business operations and the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate programme, you have:

  • A Master’s degree ready by 1 September 2026
  • A maximum of 2 years of work experience after Master’s degree
  • Excellent English skills
