About this opportunity
Welcome to the People Direct team. We add value by always serving the customer, providing complex advisory and independently drive and execute specific assignments. As People Expert you’ll play a valuable role in supporting employees and setting a direction for our Pension agenda.
In this position you will be working with Pension, both in local and common perspective. You will join an inclusive team with a transparent work environment and welcoming honest dialogue. The role is based in Denmark.
What you will be doing
In the position you will focus on the following main areas:
- Continuously developing and improving the pension area, driving progress on targets and KPIs
- Ensuring a seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the business to build frameworks and implement future pension governance.
- Drive people processes within the pension area and ensure correct reporting
- Understanding and implementing relevant regulatory requirements
- Educate colleagues and provide expert advice on pension matters
- Supporting other activities, e.g. governance and communication, as needed

Your experience and background:
- Relevant and documented experience within the disciplines of people processes and the pension area
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. collective agreements), or the ability and drive to learn at speed and interpret into a Nordea context
- Superior communication skills in Danish and English
