We are looking for a project manager/leader to join the Risk Models Strategy & MDP Execution team in Risk Models Data and Strategy, holding key responsibilities in coordinating PMO & data improvement projects and drive internal coordination supporting the development and implementation of internal risk models across the bank.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass various activities throughout the end-2-end scope of project initiation, maturation & execution by sparring & coordinating with key experts and data consumers across the business.

What you’ll be doing

 

 Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Be a driver of creating & quality assuring Project Management Office reporting & presentation material to a variety of stakeholders
  • Independently plan, scope, structure and drive data related projects and/or play a key role in coordinating cross-departmental strategy
  • Manage stakeholders on all organizational levels effectively and confident in presenting plans, progress and results to Steering Committees, Programme Forums and other wider audiences.
  • Deliver well-structured, high-quality work through utilizing subject matter experts, creative problem-solving, understanding stakeholder needs and dependencies, as well as strong facilitation skills to remove obstacles
  • Act as first line of escalation and be a natural owner of stakeholder dialogues, ensuring that outcomes are logged, tracked and followed-up upon.
  • Ensure risks and interdependencies are identified, reported, owned and managed throughout the execution lifecycle as well as clarifying and standardizing procedures across the value chain

 

You'll join a strategically important area getting all the support needed to succeed. The role is based in Denmark, Finland, Poland, or Sweden.

 

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Ambitious, self-driven and structured professional comfortable with setting the stage in front of large audiences
  • Previous experience in either programme management/PMO activities, management consulting or a similar toolbox including flair for executive reporting
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues and bring problem-solving to the front and while knowledge about credit risk data and/or risk management is an advantage, .
  • Proactive ability to interact with key stakeholders throughout the value chain and navigate through complexity and ensure timely and precise deliveries
  • Great communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Being a motivated person to work with and projecting it across projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills at a superior level
  • Written and spoken English on a superior level or in a regulatory context
  • Already based at a location with a Nordea Office
