What you’ll be doing
As our Qualtrics XM Process Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities. Working alongside colleagues from Personal Banking to Business Banking, you'll transform feedback requirements into powerful Qualtrics solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting Qualtrics users and superusers across our organisation
- Translating research requirements into platform solutions
- Setting up seamless feedback processes
- Driving experience management best practices
- Managing 'Stand-alone surveys' as Epic owner
- Collaborating on survey programming and dashboard creation
- Ensuring data quality and process automation
It is not a permanent position until 31/12/2026. it is a maternity leave cover. The role is based in Copenhagen/Helsinki/Stockholm.

Your background includes:
- Deep knowledge of Qualtrics or similar experience platforms
- Experience in survey creation and management, particularly from a research agency or large organization
- Automation experience
- Skills in combining survey data with other data sources
- Technical configuration understanding
- Appreciation for experience data's business value
- Financial sector experience (advantageous)
- Fluent English communication
