Would you like to join Large Corporates & Institutions DK and work in an environment where customers are the centre of everything we do? We are looking for a Senior Client Associate to support our largest and most complex Danish clients with real estate and mortgage financing advise.

 

You will also, together with a Client Executive, be covering a number of select international investors in relation to their financing needs for Danish real estate assets. The role will create a good foundation for utilising knowledge of the real estate segment and mortgage product as a product expert to support growth within a broad scope of clients.

What you’ll be doing

 

As the Senior Client Associate for Real Estate, you will play a valuable role towards our largest corporate and institutional clients through a strong focus on relationship and by providing in-depth expertise. 

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Support our customer teams and their clients with advise and providing tailor made suggestions for mortgage financing opportunities to maximize the business potential and customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership and responsibility for developing, forming and maintaining long term personal customer relationships
  • Support in relevant customer dialogs regarding credit risk assessments and compliance risks as well as assisting in daily tasks
  • Develop market and sector insights especially within the renewable and infrastructure sector regarding mortgage financing of regulated and non-regulated assets
  • Be one-point of contact and handle loan documentation, loan offers and establish and redeem mortgage loans together with our mortgage institute Nordea Kredit and our back-office services

 

The position is based in Copenhagen.

Your background and skills include:

  • Experience from the financial or real estate sector, potentially from a similar role in another financial institution, with a good understanding of the Danish mortgage system 
  • A relevant academic background within finance or economics
  • Fluency in Danish and strong English communication skills
