We are looking for a Senior Management Partner for Head of Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) to participate in the steering of GFCP.


This is a diverse and exciting role where you will work with the Head of GFCP, the GFCP leadership team and specialists, develop our people and organisation, have possibility to create large network while also contributing to the strategic agenda.


In GFCP we are working with securing insightful, impactful best practices to ensure we are able to manage, monitor and mitigate financial crime risks in the whole of Nordea. You will report to Head of Group Financial Crime Prevention, and be part of the leadership team.


About this opportunity


What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Head of GFCP on a daily basis to ensure focus on critical issues
  • Prepare, facilitate and support the GFCP LT in various meetings
  • Be part of the GFCP Leadership team to produce analysis, status overviews, and decision proposals to support steering the business
  • Plan and lead stand-alone strategic projects  
  • Facilitate and steer GFCP governance and decision making
  • Drive specific topics by leading the necessary initiatives and investigations
  • Deliver high quality communication material to external and internal stakeholders


You’ll join a very highly skilled and passionate financial crime prevention team that has a key common drive to protect Nordea, its customers and, society at large. The role is based is based in Denmark, Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:

  • You are strategic and can easily also work with tactical and operational issues.
  • You have at least 5 years’ of experience working in a Nordic environment
  • You are experience with all office tools and have background of facilitating business analysis and decision making
  • You speak and communicate fluently in English
