About this opportunity
Welcome to the Consumer Cards Product Management & Application Management team in Denmark. We add value by delivering best in class card payment products and services aligned with our Personal Banking and Business Banking strategy.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a valuable role in close dialogue with decision makers, stakeholders, external service providers and card payment schemes. You will be joining an experienced and fun team of 10 colleagues managing our consumer cards portfolio to ensure millions of safe and convenient payments for our household customers every week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with various teams, local and Nordic, to refine and improve our consumer cards product portfolio, considering both technical feasibility, commercial and strategic perspectives as well as value for our customers
- Support incident and problem management, with external and internal stakeholders including for an example IT and customer facing units
- Collaborate with compliance, legal and audit colleagues to secure compliance with relevant regulations, card scheme rules and risk management frameworks
- Help our customer facing units as second line support both proactively and reactively to decrease customer friction and help creating good customer experiences
The role is based in Copenhagen, Metro Office.

Furthermore, it would be ideal if you also have experience with one or more of the following areas; Consumer cards, Payments, Daily banking, Product Management, Compliance or Risk, Financial Crime Prevention or Digital developments.
Your experience and background:
- Suitable educational background e.g. Master's degree in technology, business administration, or similar. Long and relevant experience may substitute educational background
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing, and ability to communicate with people from different parts of the organisation, in both Danish and English
