About this opportunity

 

Joining the LC&I Change team as a Senior Project Manager means you’ll be working with highly interesting and challenging projects, spanning across all types of change initiatives involving business, technology, legal and bank operations. Initiatives that are of high priority and governed by our most senior stakeholders in the bank.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading change projects or sub-parts of larger projects or programs
  • Leading pre-study assessments and data analysis
  • Pro-actively engaging with stakeholders, SMEs and business representatives at various levels of the bank

 

The role is based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Oslo.

 

Who you are

 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have the ability to drive cross-functional projects and insight to how to run and manage the complexity of changes impacting a full value chain
  • Are solution orientated, not afraid to be hands-on even though you’re driving a larger change initiative, and enjoy detailed analyses work when needed
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business strategy and needs, and make necessary decisions to deliver a cost effective, simple, and useful solution
  • Demonstrate a high degree of structure, flexibility, planning and prioritization skills and deliver timely and excellent service consistently with a positive attitude
  • Have the ability to create high quality presentation and enjoy speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders at different levels in our company
  • Are a team player with a collaborative mindset

 

Your experience and background:

  • 5+ years of project management and analyst experience in larger projects
  • Experience from the financial industry, or as management consultant, focusing on financial services, products or technology.
  • Experience working in a dynamic organization with the capability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Nordic language is an advantage)
