Would you like to gain hands-on experience in an international banking environment and work closely with senior stakeholders across Nordea's international branch network?
We are looking for a motivated and curious student to join the International Corporate Branches (ICB) Management Office and be part of our journey into the future. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the strategic and operational activities that support our international branches while working closely with colleagues across London, New York, Shanghai and the Nordic countries.
The role is a part-time student position (15-20h/w) and based at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
About our team
Welcome to ICB Office. We support the strategic development, governance and coordination of Nordea's international branch network. We work closely with the Head of International Branches, the General Managers in our branches in London, New York and Shanghai, as well as senior leaders across Nordea.
We add value by driving collaboration across countries and functions, supporting management decision-making and helping ensure efficient execution of strategic priorities across our international operations.
You will become part of a small and dynamic team based in Copenhagen and report to the Head of ICB Office. The team works closely together while supporting stakeholders across Nordea's international branch network, providing broad exposure to senior leaders and cross-border initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop presentations, management materials and communication packages for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate communication and follow-up across our international branches
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings with the Head of International Branches, General Managers and senior stakeholders across Nordea
- Drive planning, execution and follow-up on cross-border initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and turn insights into clear analyses and decision-making materials
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder interactions across countries and units
- Maintain and develop reporting, documentation and governance processes
- Apply basic AI skills to improve research, communication, presentation preparation and daily task execution
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks for the ICB Leadership Team

Your experience and background include:
- You are studying a Bachelor's degree within Business, Economics, Political Science, International Business, Communication or a similar field
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- You enjoy working in an international environment and interacting with a broad range of stakeholders
- Previous experience from a professional environment is an advantage but not a requirement
