We are currently looking for a Trade Finance Customer Specialist (TFCS) who wants to contribute by enabling high qualitative service to our customers by having a positive customer mindset, strong drive and experience in handling all Trade Finance transactions as well as assisting your colleagues with system support. You will be working with the largest international corporate customers in Denmark.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Trade Finance. We add value by collaborating and making sure that we always provide best in class customer service. As a Trade Finance Customer Specialist you will play a valuable role in Trade Finance by actively building customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Efficiently handling all Trade Finance transactions on a daily basis by giving competent advice and propose the right solutions for the customers
  • Understanding customer processes and value drivers
  • You are willing to continuously develop your personal and professional skills and competencies to meet customer’s demands
  • You will take part in testing and developing Trade Finance’s system.


You will join a team where knowledge-sharing and teamwork are obvious to us. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:

  • Have a passion to serve our customers by creating and taking ownership for performing our daily tasks to reach target set
  • Experience within the area of Trade Finance
  • You are a competent team player with experience with customer service and a strong interest in working in an international environment
  • We expect you to be able to work and make decisions independently, also under pressure
  • You have experience in assisting colleagues with system support
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Danish & English
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
