We are now looking for a Business Analyst within the e-Trading Rates Business Analysts team who will be responsible for configuring and enhancing vendor systems and business workflows covering areas such as liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, algorithmic trading, pricing and e-distribution for the Rates business.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the e-Trading Rates Business Analysts team. We add value to our Fixed Income and Rates franchise by operating our core trading systems, analyzing new business requirements and driving the implementation of new solutions in close collaboration with our Rates Trading and sales organizations. As a member of the e-Trading Rates Business Analysts team, you’ll play a valuable role in managing vendor and trading venue relationships, drive initiatives to support the electronic Rates Trading business and continuosly improve our technical and operational setup.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate with exteral vendors and exchanges with focus on efficiently running our Rates platform.
  • Manage product offerings, while configuring, maintaining and upgrading our platform to the the latest market and functionality standards.
  • Continously evaluate new vendor systems and third party system integrations in order to optimize the platform usage.
  • Take an active role in enhancing the business processes running on the trading platform.
  • Work closely with business and other stakeholders to identify and analyze new requirements, and drive the implementation.

You’ll join a team of skilled and ambitious business analysts working in close collaboration with Rates Trading and Sales to build the e-Trading platform for the future. The role is based in Copenhagen.

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, fast paced deliveries and changing requirements.

Your experience and background:

  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders from both business and technology – actively bridging the gap between the two areas.
  • Experience with front-to-back business workflows and complex system architecture.
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments within the Fixed Income and Rates space is a plus, but more importantly is to have a strong willingness to learn.
  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or similar.

Good to have:

  • Experience/Interest in working as part of an Agile team and adhering to the Scrum framework.
  • Experience working with trading vendor systems, e.g. ION, Valantic, Aphelion, Barracuda FX, Broadway, Itiviti, Murex or others.
