About our team
Welcome to the E-Bridge team. We add value by providing file transfer services for our corporate customers and internal partners. As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operate, maintain and improve our primary B2B integration platform.
- Continuously improve monitoring of the technical platform as well as data flows.
- Capacity and performance management.
- Automate manual operations.
- Handle incidents and participate in problem investigations.
- Act as the 3rd line support and the escalation point to the vendor.
- Work closely with our developers adopting DevOps practices.
- Onboarding of new B2B partners or internal systems, doing technical assessments
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:
- Self-driven, communicative, team player with good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability
- Able to stay calm, focused and work rational under pressure
Your experience and background:
- Experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite.
- Technical knowledge and experience of communication and file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
- Knowledge of digital certificates and file/message integrity.
- Linux and container skills.
- Scripting and automation skills e.g. bash, Python, Ansible.
- Monitoring tools skills e.g. Splunk, Grafana.
- Good understanding of distributed systems.
- Understanding of databases and basic SQL skills.
- Experience of B2B integration.
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
- Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo.
- Knowledge about file messages/filetypes used in banking sector.
- Knowledge about additional protocols: SWIFT, MQ.
- Knowledge about webservices.
