About this opportunity

Welcome to the Iberian Client Servicing / Sales Support team. We add value by being responsible for organising all client events as well as conference calls and events held with our portfolio management teams. As Spanish / English speaking traineeship, you’ll play a valuable role in playing an important role in coordinating effectively our marketing activities.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide enthusiastic service and support to our Client Service team and Sales Team.
  • Support in the planning, organisation and execution of roadshows, conference calls and other market specific events
  • Assist in the setting up of itineraries of our portfolio managers
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients and colleagues as well as portfolio managers
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system, SalesForce, keeping records updated, adding new data, running reports, maintaining accuracy
  • Support in the daily administrative tasks of the office.


You’ll join a multi-cultural team of 6 that is committed to putting the customer at heart of our day to day activities. The role is based in Lisbon.

  • Good communication skills and cultivate a service minded attitude.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, stress resistant, and enjoy working in an international, exciting environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Great understanding of both written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Have no more than 2-3 years of experience in previous Internships or in past professional experiences.
