Digital Marketing Officer - Web migration project - 12 months in Luxembourg

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Digital Marketing team. We add value by directing the digital projects and effectively handling all the NAM IWD digital marketing activities globally. As a Digital Marketing Officer you’ll play a valuable role in an end to end web migration project where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition between both platforms.

 

You will need to track, test and coordinate content migration content and get this signed off with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for handling and briefing the web provider on required tasks and ensuring that the workload is prioritized and the backlog of work is in line with the business needs, priorities and deadlines.


What you’ll be doing (amongst others):

 

  • Content mapping and content delivery to the website provider
  • Support on SEO
  • UAT - testing plan, reporting bugs detected during testing phase and verification bugs and issues are solved
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and guidelines
  • Support on go live activities and promotion

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

 

  • are experienced in handling content on CMS system (WordPress, Drupal, DXM, other…)
  • have knowledge of web analytics implementation, management, report and analysis website data to make recommendations for change to improve website performance


Your experience and background:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing, web related projects, agencies, project management
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other European languages would be an asset
  • Very good command in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, JIRA
  • Accessibility for websites knowledge will be considered as an asset
  • Understanding/knowledge of HTML, web design, Build webpage templates in HTML
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities among a variety of tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, efficiency and flexibility
  • Enthusiastic and 'Can do' attitude - candidate should be motivated to collaborate and find opportunities to support
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly, pleasant personality
