Would you like to join our operations team as a Registration agent Specialist? We are now looking for a Registration Agent to provide operational support to the Transfer Agency desk.

Welcome to the Distribution Services team / Registration Team, We add value by challenging each day to develop new and innovative ways of achieving specific goals while providing quality service under tight deadlines. You’ll play a valuable role in interacting with various internal and external teams, including portfolio management and client service, and tasked with managing information that is critical to the investment process. Successful incumbent will gain increasing responsibilities in performing a variety of operations functions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The agent acts as the point of contact for creating reports and intrarcts daily with the clients and interanal parties to resolve all reporting related queries
  • Run daily, weekly, monthly and other regular or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
  • Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information reporting.
  • As Registration Agent you will also handle accounts opening (KYC /AML).

  • Liaise with other Nordea entities, adhere to existing procedures and controls in place and eager to learn.
  • Advanced computing skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required.
  • Perform investor account opening, KYC/AML checks on existing and new clients


Your experience and background: 

  • Minimum experience of 3 years within Transfer Agency
  • Solid skills in excel (Pivot, macros…)
  • Knowledge on Multifonds Global Investor (Transfer Agency Tool)

 

Educational degree: 

  • Master degree or equivalent

 

Language qualifications: 

  • English spoken (professional level)
  • English written (professional level)
  • Another language is an asset

  • Client and Team oriented
  • Flexible and Pay attention to details
