Would you like to join a dynamic and international team and further develop your experience in the fund industry? We are now looking for a Transfer Agency Administrator to join our Distribution Services team.

 

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Distribution Services team. We add value by administrating and supporting the ongoing client book of Nordea funds. As the Transfer Agency Administrator, you’ll play a valuable role in providing support to Nordea’s clients within TA Operations.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Process manual dealing instructions accurately.
  • Monitor cash flow diligently.
  • Provide support the Manager and assist in daily tasks.
  • Manage and facilitate audit requests.
  • Monitor electronic orders.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner. Interface with clients and maintain positive relationships.
  • Oversee NSCC Activities to ensure compliance.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives and funds.
  • Process corporate actions (Mergers, liquidations etc.)

You’ll join a committed international team. The role is based in Luxembourg.

Your experience and background:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years within the fund industry with e.g. some experience in dealing.
  • Fluent in English, other languages such as French, German, Nordic or other European languages would be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Multifonds would be considered as a major asset.
