Would you like to be part of an international team providing support great work ethic to Nordea clients? We are now looking for a Transfer Agency administrator to join our Distribution Service team.

As the TA Business Expert, you’ll play a valuable role in the Distribution Servcies Units. You will work closely with the Business Team and various Stakeholders within and outside of Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide guidance and technical support to TA daily activities.
•  Enhance process and handle development requests with system provider.
• Liaise with system provider on a monthly basis and follow up on logged defects and developments.
• Data management and clean up.
• System monitoring and maintenance.
• Participate to testing and support activities.
• Backtable data extract.
• Find solutions to automate processes.
• Active involvement in testing and implementation of a new initiatives, processes, procedures and tools.
• Active involvement in reviewing contracts with Vendors.
• Remain aware of changing industry initiatives, particularly in relation to any developments in Transfer Agency.
• Providing support and training to colleagues.
• Be the Single point of expertise for all technical TA matters.

You’ll join a committed international team. The role is based in Luxembourg.

Your experience and background: 

• Over 10 years’ with MFGI 5.94 (Multifonds Global Investor).
• Good skills and command in SQL, Oracle, Python, Linux, Windows servers.
• Litterate with Multifonds tool. (i.e: cash flows setup, broker creation, Bug,…. ).
• Understanding of Mutltifonds Data sctuctures and hierarchy.
• Strong experience with Alternatives Funds.
• Strong experience with NSCC (US Broker platform).
• Master or equivalent.
• Professional level in spoken and written English. Any other language is an asset.
