As the Entrepreneur Advisor, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our corporate customers with advice and financial solutions to help them optimize their business.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Reaching given targets and create great customer experiences
  • Providing professional financial and cash management advice to customers
  • Creating excellent customer satisfaction in digital and physical meetings   
  • Active involvement in creating new customer relationships 
  • Build up good collaboration with your team and stakeholders

 

You will join our tight-knit Business Banking Unit in Åland islands and your role is based in Mariehamn. The employment is temporary starting in September 2022 until November 2023.

Your experience and background:  

  • Previous experience in financing and/or savings and investments
  • Experience in sales and customer service work. Experience in customer relationship management is an advantage  
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis and financing SME's at advanced level would be an asset
  • A relevant economic or business degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English are a must while skills in both written and spoken Finnish are a clear advantage. ​​​​​​​
