Join the leading Corporate Finance team in the Nordics. Nordea Corporate Finance is looking for ambitious analysts to join our Oslo office in fall 2026. You’ll work alongside ~20 colleagues in Oslo and 100+ professionals across Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki, advising on some of the largest and most high-profile M&A and ECM transactions in the region.

About this opportunity
In Corporate Finance, we advise clients on public and private M&A, IPO’s, and other ECM transactions. Backed by the financial strength of Nordea, we deliver our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Involvement in transaction execution and contribute to new business origination
- Perform company valuations and build financial models
- Financial and commercial analysis
- Create client presentations and marketing materials
- Interaction with other Nordea teams and external stakeholders
You’ll join a strong and expanding team in a leading Nordic bank that has successfully executed some of the largest M&A and ECM transactions in the Nordics as well as in Norway. The role is based in Oslo.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with attentiveness to detail
- Appetite and ability to take responsibility at an early stage

Your experience and background:
- Graduating from a recognised university/business school in 2026 with excellent academic credentials
- Fluency in Norwegian and English with excellent spoken and written communication
