Would you like to work in the payments nerve centre where payment applications are managed?

 

We are looking for you, who want to work with Norwegian domestic payment applications. You will work closely with Application Owners and Application and Product Specialists in the team, as well as stakeholders in Operations, Technology and Business units. This is to ensure stable applications and well executed changes.

 

About our team
 

Welcome to Transaction Banking and Product Management! We add value by developing and maintaining our payment processing solutions and product offerings. This also includes incident management and business verification when deploying changes to production. Our tasks do also include managing critical payment infrastructure that enables customers to make payments and manage their liquidity in Norway.

 

The team is in charge of applications and services that power Transaction Banking’s product offering to our customers. We work closely with our colleagues in Product Management, Operations and IT to deliver qualitative products that satisfy our customers.

 

As an Application Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering solutions that ensure our customers receive a great experience at Nordea. We are now looking for a profile that can shape and lead the changes in applications and ensures that we run them according to the Nordea standard.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be our application specialist and be responsible for the overall condition, as well as drive changes together with Application Owner. This includes setting a strategic plan for these applications
  • Drive and participate projects to deliver stable and enhanced products and functionalities via our applications
  • Support or be the point-of-contact and driver towards organization on prioritized items by managing and tracking relevant KPIs
  • Deliver on our maintenance agenda where the focus is on product support, testing, risk and compliance
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and refine requirements so they can be delivered by IT
  • Address stakeholder questions and coordinate incidents in our area

Who you are

Your experience and background:

  • It is beneficial if you have experience in several of following areas:
    • Norwegian Domestic Payments area
    • Product development
    • Banking, Consultancy or IT
    • Projects or Programs
    • Agile / SAFe way of working
  • An academic degree, preferably in economic, business, technical or related field
  • Norwegian and English both spoken and written fluently
