About this opportunity
Welcome to Nordea Finance. We add value by offering the best solutions to our customers within point of sale products. While Nordea Finance is a separate division and a Product Responsible Unit (PRU) in Nordea, we work closely as a partner with Nordea Bank to deliver on the Group’s overall strategic priorities.
As an assistant, you’ll play a valuable role in making our operations more effective and efficient by supporting and proactively finding ways to save time, increase quality and develop our services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support with all kind of administrative and practical tasks
- Proactively support CEO with different tasks, i.a. time planning, meeting agendas and minutes, as well as presentation material
- Provide support for internal communication, hereunder All Calls, Townhall meetings, Viva Engage with more
- Point of entry for contact with internal stakeholders, such as Group Workplace Management (facilities and contracts) and Nordea Finance Office Nordic (invitations, general inquiries)

Your experience and background:
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in oral and written Norwegian
- Professional in oral and written English
- Excellent with the Office 365 applications and generally good IT-skills
- Knowledge and interest of Nordea Finance organisation and products are meriting
