We are looking for a senior member to join our team in a deal manager role. This is an opportunity for you to originate and execute structured and acquisition financing deals in Business Banking.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Corporate Advisory Norway, a highly specialised team where we work as debt specialists to support Business Banking Norway.
What you’ll be doing:
- Originating and structuring tailor-made senior debt transactions related to acquisition finance, re-capitalizations and growth/capex funding.
- Coverage for selected Private Equity funds and proactively secure new deal flow.
- Work in a flexible, proactive and positive team performing indept financial modelling and analysis to support decision making and deal execution.
- Build long term relationships providing finance to support the growth of our customers.

Who you are
Your profile and background:
- You have a strong drive, an analytical mindset and you team-up and communicate seamlessly across all levels in the organisation.
- Master's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering or management.
- Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (5 years for Associate Director/ 8+ years for Director).
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
- Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proven track record in negotiations and deal making.
