We are looking for a senior member to join our team in a deal manager role. This is an opportunity for you to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing business area where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the future and growth in Business Banking.

 

Your future responsibilities

 

You’ll join Corporate Advisory Norway, where we work as debt and acquisition financing specialist in Business Banking Norway.

 

As the Associate Director/Director, you will:

  • Lead deal origination and execution to drive significant business growth, taking ownership of complex transactions from initial client contact through successful completion
  • Structure and execute a broad range of transactions across different sizes within the business banking segment, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition finance, re-capitalizations and growth/capex funding
  • Coverage for selected Private Equity funds and proactively secure new deal flow
  • Work in a flexible, proactive and positive team performing in-depth financial modelling and analysis to support decision making and deal execution. 
  • Build long term relationships to support the growth of our customers.
  • Drive innovation through AI implementation and develop and utilize AI tools to maintain our competitive edge

Your profile and background:

  • You have a strong drive, an analytical mindset, and you team-up and communicate seamlessly across all levels in the organisation​
  • Master's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering or management
  • Minimum 5-10years relevant working experience from acquisition finance, private equity or investment banking
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Norwegian and English
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint​
  • Proven track record in negotiations and deal making
  • Experience with AI tools and digital innovation - you're comfortable leveraging technology to enhance analytical processes and see opportunities for AI implementation in financial services
