Welcome to Nordea Eiendomskreditt, Nordeas mortgage company in Norway. We add value by providing competitive and profitable mortgage loans to household customers and ensuring long term covered bonds funding. We are a product responsible unit for mortgages, with focus on delivering great customer experiences through development of an omnichannel customer journey when buying and owning a home.


As the Business Risk Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in mortgage portfolio and risk analysis. The insight you provide will enable striking the balance of customer satisfaction, growth-ambition, profitability and capital efficiency within risk appetite. You will work in close cooperation with key stakeholders in the Group and NE management. Mortgages are key for many customers to realise their dreams and for the Personal Banking it is the main driver of income and growth.  

Together with the responsible team members, you will: 

  • Prepare various analyses and provide actionable insight on strategic topics such as portfolio development and risk.
  • Perform and further develop regular monitoring of the mortgage portfolio.
  • Support Nordea Eiendomskreditt management by preparing material for presentations or decisions.
  • Participate in projects related to our role as product responsible unit for mortgages.


You’ll join a team of highly skilled and engaged people covering very different areas of expertise. The role is based in Oslo at Nordeahuset.

  • Have an analytical mindset and a very structured way of working.

  • Strong communication and cooperation skills and ability to create close connections with key stakeholders.
  • Experience from financial analysis.
  • Preferably holding MBA or MSc.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Competence in Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
  • Have professional communication skills in both written and spoken Norwegian.
