We are looking for a professional with several years of experience to lead the Digital Sales in Norway as part of the Nordic B2B Digital Sales unit. About this opportunity

We in Digital sales are working in an agile environment and the aim is to experiment and grow together – this is where we need your ideas and unique background. You will be working in a wide area of personalised internal and external marketing, aiming to increase sales and customer experience. With us, you’ll be in good company with a chance to make your mark on something bigger. 


You will be part of a Nordic organisation, working together with marketing, sales and data teams in other countries and with your local stakeholders in Norway. We have an end to end sales process perspective, and we are a business and data driven team. You will have global support functions to help you succeed in Norway. You are based in Oslo.


You will play an active part in implementing new sales and marketing tools, building up the way of working in the team and to create a great working culture and environment together with your colleagues. You are a role model of a data and measurement-based sales improvement culture.


Your main responsibilities are:

  • Leading the end to end Digital Sales execution in Business Banking Norway
  • Actively working together with your colleagues in Nordic Digital Sales, some global teams and the local management and business development teams
  • Setting up local digital sales priorities with a transparent execution plan from an omnichannel perspective
  • Acting as hands-on leader for the Norwegian team to drive sales conversion, creating relevant and engaging content, and improving digital experiences in all channels like the authenticated mobile and netbank, and in the external channels like email
  • Ensuring ongoing SEO and that the marketing budget is used in an optimized way to reach the targets for your area of responsibility with excellent customer satisfaction
  • As part of the Nordic Digital sales team ensure business implementation of new Marketing Automation tools in Norway and co-drive the development agenda for Nordea focusing on small businesses and entrepreneurs


You will report to Nordic Head of Digital sales in Business Banking.

Being a strong communicator is something you can relate to, as you will have responsibility for cooperating with many different stakeholders and actively communicate to create a common understanding where we are heading.


In addition:

  • You hold a successful track record in omnichannel digital sales and marketing
  • You have a strong analytical skills and understanding e-commerce KPIs, digital customer journeys and conversion optimization across multiple channels
  • You are sales and customer experience oriented person and like to work with web and customer data
  • Previous Digital sales leadership experience and using tools like CMS system SDL Tridion and Adobe Marketing Automation, and analytics tools is an advantage
  • You have preferably a Master's degree in business, marketing or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • You are fluent in English and Norwegian
