About our team

Welcome to the Daily Banking Services Corporate! We add value by approaching each and every Corporate Customer with passion and empathy. As the Process Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering the service for our customers in Nordic countries.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling tasks connected with onboarding customers from business banking areas
• Actively developing yourself
• Identifying and implementing process improvements 
• Cooperating with international stakeholders across Nordea

You’ll join an international team of amazing and supportive people. The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Relevant education in Economy / Finance (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
• Excellent communications skills
• Professional spoken and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
