We are now looking for a talented professional who can build and lead our Programme Management Office for our Core Transformation programme.

What you’ll be doing:
 
As PMO Manager you will be part of the company’s Core Transformation unit. You will be a member of the Programme leadership team and work closely with the Programme Director and the different stream leads.

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 
 

  • Build the PMO function for the programme implementation phase starting in Q4 2022
  • Plan programme and sub-projects in a hybrid delivery model in collaboration with the Programme Director and stream leads
  • Monitor and report progress in time, cost, and quality
  • Own and refine the backlog of the programme management stream
  • Own risk management processes, follow-up risk logs and QRAs
  • Plan programme capacity, forecast resource need and allocation, optimise resource utilisation, and define actions for recruiting or vendor management.
  • Facilitate decision group with business owners. Ensure decisions are prepared, taken and documented.
  • Prepare Steering Group presentations and updates to senior management.
  • Map and engage stakeholders across Nordea.
  • Plan and execute communications about the programme. 
  • Collaborate with the Programme Controller in your Programme Management Office: Track and prepare financial reporting and budget presentations for senior management. Plan and track benefit realization.

 
This position is based in Oslo or Bergen.

Your experience and background:
 

  • Min. 5 years of work experience, ideally related to IT or change projects, for example in a consulting firm
  • Preferably you have played a part in enterprise-wide Programmes before
  • Communicate effectively, both spoken and written, in English and Norwegian
