About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Retail Credit Change & Development team. Our aim is to build sustainable processes and supporting tools that cater for the automation of Retail Credit and Collateral processes to enable great customer experiences. We work closely with our IT partners to lead the development in this space. We maintain and foster close collaborations with stakeholders and development units in the business areas and other group functions.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a key player in our product management team, you will ensure our applications not only meet business and regulatory requirements, but also align seamlessly with Application management guidelines.
  • You will take on end-to-end responsibility for product enhancements, from ideation and requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and post-implementation review.
  • Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, transforming complex and sometimes ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • You will lead cross-functional workshops, ensuring clear and effective communication between developers, business units, and external partners, while keeping progress transparent and on track.
  • With your analytical mindset, you will continuously evaluate processes and data, driving evidence-based decision-making and uncovering opportunities for automation and simplification.
  • You'll be an active participant in the agile release train, dedicated to delivering continuous and measurable business value.

Your experience and background: 

  • Superior level of business analysis and requirements specification. 
  • Proven track record of successfully driving change in complex organisations. 
  • Experience with collateral data, processes and relevant IT systems. 
  • Proven leadership experience in facilitating workshops, driving consensus, and ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Masters degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. 
  • Professional competency in at least one Nordic language is a strong advantage.
