About this opportunity

Welcome to the Research & Risk Solutions NO team. We add value by delivering research, macroeconomic perspectives and presentations for the Norwegian Market. As the Interest Rate and Credit Strategist in Research & Risk Solutions - Nordea Markets, you’ll play a valuable role in our team, maintaining Nordea Markets position as one of the leading players in the Nordics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with some of the most competent economists and strategists in the Nordic region
• Gain ownership in Nordea’s view, in particular our view on the US economy and US interest rates
• Analyse global macro and interest rates/credit markets
• Contribute to our view on Norwegian macro, NOK and other global topics
• Be a discussion partner for our Norwegian institutional clients
• Make and hold presentations for corporate/institutional and Nordic/international clients
• Contribute to writing reports about our view for clients

The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:

• You probably hold a MScs in economics, finance, math or similar
• You have some years of relevant experience to bring in from either similar position or from a financial institution
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
