About the Team

 

Welcome to Derivatives Sales  NO. We are a sales team of 8 highly skilled and strongly motivated colleagues. We  make it possible for customers to manage their interest rate risk. We assist with relevant Derivatives instruments, top quality advice, proactivity and seamless execution.

 

The team is located at the heart of the Nordea Markets trading floor in Oslo, where you will work in a dynamic environment together with some of the most dedicated and skilled people in the industry.

 

You will be part of a high-performing team, playing a critical role in growing the business by nurturing close relationships to our corporates and stakeholders towards our Large Corporates.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Large Corporate clients through proactive engagement and close follow-up
  • Identify, structure and execute customized derivatives solutions to help clients manage interest rate risk, based on their needs and ambitions
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding Nordea Markets’ presence in the Large Corporate segment
  • Collaborate closely with Trading, Research, and Coverage teams to deliver holistic and relevant solutions to clients

 

Who you are

Your background and skills include:

  • Passionately identifying and understanding customers challenges and bridge these with our broad line of solutions
  • Proven and impressive sales record
  • Proactive and forward-looking
  • Thrives with customer interactions
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with financial risk management, and/or corporate or institutional customer interactions and sales
  • Understanding of financial markets and macroeconomics is a plus
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
