We are looking for an Expert Data Engineer to join our Service Domain Data & Analytics team on a full-time permanent employment agreement.

About our team

 

Meet the Data & Analytics team. Our role is to harness the power of big data to drive smarter business decisions that directly impact how our organization processes, analyzes, and leverages massive datasets for strategic advantage.

 

What you'll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:
• Build and maintain distributed, high-performance data pipelines handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data in near real-time
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS SageMaker, covering model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive cloud migration initiatives from on-premise systems to AWS while ensuring seamless integration
• Lead communities of practice and mentor junior engineers in software engineering fundamentals and ML best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Customer 360 data products and AI-powered analytics solutions

 

Who you are

 

This is the right role for you if you continuously work to improve through both engineering and business knowledge, take ownership of business solutions within your area, and have strong collaborative skills to engage and steer teams in the right direction.

 

Your background and skills include:

• MLOps/SageMaker: 5+ years building, deploying, and scaling end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS SageMaker
• Python: 7+ years enterprise-level development with deep expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Strong experience integrating ML pipelines with cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake and Apache Iceberg
• Proven experience building robust, scalable data pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Professional English communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders

 

It would be ideal if you also

• Hold AWS certification or equivalent cloud platform credentials
• Have hands-on experience with observability tools for drift detection and latency tracking
• Bring experience with Apache Iceberg and advanced data lake architectures
