We are looking for a Fee Analyst to join NAM’s Finance team, in the Lisbon Hub.

Welcome to NAM Finance Team! Our mission is to enable decision making while committed to transparent, prudent and high-quality financial management and reporting. As a Fee Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in the fee process – the process through which NAM calculates its revenue for the services and products provided, for client invoicing and accounting purposes.  

What you’ll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Be actively involved and part of the regular fees calculations together with other colleagues;
• Set up and maintain fees calculations for institutional clients, including fund management companies;
• Follow up on daily controls and answer ad-hoc questions from the value chain;
• Obtain, through training and daily work, a deep knowledge of the fee application (Advantage Fee) & associated processes;
• Contribute to defining process improvements, ensuring operational best practice while utilizing your insights, experiences and communication skills 

You’ll join the local Finance team in Lisbon of 9 engaged colleagues with different backgrounds and experiences.

The following experience and background is valued:

• A relevant university degree where analytical reasoning and numbers are an integrated part
• A minimum of three years of working experience
• Proficient with Excel
• Teamwork
• Professional spoken and written English
• SQL knowledge
• Experience in the financial services industry
