Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre for investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. About this opportunity

Welcome to our Institutional & Wholesale Fund Reporting team. The team is part of Nordea Asset Management distribution unit. We seek to provide comprehensive quantitative data to our investors on our products. You will be in contact with our Sales organization as well as Middle office and product specialists.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Producing and managing standard and collaborative client reports
• Preparing quantitative data for due diligence requests
• Supporting internal stakeholders with the necessary information for selling, marketing and informing on our products (funds and segregated mandates)
• Producing GIPS composite compliant metrics and reports (calculations, attribution, performance metrics)
• Monitoring our recurrent processes such as data feed, risk calculation figures, regulatory reports preparation and dissemination
• Monitoring and participating to the improvement of our fund database
• Reporting on ESG Fund classification, methodology and score assigned by partners
• Coordinating internal projects (new report implementation, data fetching, calculation improvement etc.)
• Developing your knowledge on the fund industry, sustainability, fund management, risk and performance metrics, financial instruments, GIPS composites, regulation and others

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have a great level of quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Are fluent in English (other European language are considered an asset)
• Have solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite
• Are accurate and detail-oriented, able to explain complex topics in a simple and comprehensive manner
• Are an achiever and well organized

Your experience and background: 

• Master’s degree in economics, finance or similar
• Prior professional experience in fund industry will be considered as an asset
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite, in particular Excel. Working knowledge of Bloomberg, DataStream, Reuters/Eikon and SQL: Good command of VBA and other languages are a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product reporting or asset management roles
