Internship as Business Controller at Nordea Asset Management

Would you like to have an important part in the continued growth of our Portuguese operation, and at the same time be part of an international organization? We are now looking for a Controller to join our organization in Lisbon, in a 12 month internship, and be part of the Finance team in this exciting hub of Nordea Asset Management.

About this opportunity

Welcome to NAM Finance Team. We add value by ensuring high data integrity and key business insight in our deliveries towards stakeholders inside and outside Nordea Asset Management. As the Controller, you will play a valuable role in making sure key stakeholders get the information that they need on NAM’s business, within our areas of expertise on a correct and timely manner.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be directly involved and part of the regular reporting to stakeholders
• Analyse and report on asset management KPIs like value and flows of assets under management, income and expenses / profitability, and other financial and non-financial metrics
• Ensure data integrity by cross checking results and addressing inconsistencies
• Answer ad-hoc requests and liaise with different stakeholders to understand their reporting needs

You’ll join the local Finance team in Lisbon (Oeiras) of 9 committed colleagues with different backgrounds and experiences, facilitating knowledge sharing and development in your daily work.
