About this opportunity

 

We are now looking for a Human Resources 12 months internship to join our team in Lisbon and work with a wide range of tasks. The team you will join consists of several different nationalities and is located in Portugal, Luxembourg and the Nordics. During this program you will embark on a learning and growing journey in a dynamic and multicultural and international environment, where you will work closely with our team to support various aspects on the HR deliveries. NAM People Team adds value by supporting business needs through a large range of HR Services (e.g.: Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll  Administration, carry out and administration of Benefits, Health & Safety, Training, Culture, among others).

 

The role is based in Oeiras (Paço de Arcos).

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Support on Recruitment, Contract Management, onboarding and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests.
  • Maintain HR personnel files, driving and safeguarding data consistency across HR systems and internal databases.
  • Submit inclusion and exclusions on employees benefits.
  • Submit inclusion and exclusions on Health & Safety appointments and coordination and management of mandatory training.
  • Monitor and maintain relevant HR data
  • Support on the monthly payroll preparation and processing.
  • Maintain compliance with labor law and GDPR.
  • Become an integrated part of the daily routines.

Your experience and background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources (preferable) or related filed such as Social Sciences.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, both in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SharePoint, Teams. 
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning and professional development.
