Would you like to take your next career step by joining a leading Nordic Asset Manager? Nordea Investment Management (NIM) Corporate Law is looking for a lawyer with at least three years legal working experience from a business law firm or the financial industry.

NIM is an investment firm part of Nordea Asset Management (NAM), which is the asset management arm of Nordea Group. NAM provides asset management products to Nordea Bank’s sales networks and to external international institutional clients and third party fund distributors. NAM is a pan-European asset manager with presence in more than 15 geographies across Europe and beyond.

Your future responsibilities

This position will give you the opportunity to specialise in corporate and governance matters specific for an investment firm in an international environment. Your tasks will include a broad range of matters including board secretary tasks, maintaining NAM’s internal rules framework and advising on corporate law and governance requirements. 

You will be an important player in relation to NIM’s subsidiaries and branches but also in the interactions with the Nordea Group. The role is based in Quinta da Fonte (Oeiras).

Your background and skills include:

• You are a lawyer with at least three years’ experience from a business law firm or the financial industry.
• You arereliable, organized and executive.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
