Market and Reference Data Solution Analyst

Would you like to deliver high quality data to our stakeholders in a timely manner? We are now looking for an Analyst to enhance our services and be a vital part of establishing a new data hub in our Lisbon office     
 

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients. 

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Market & Reference Data Solutions team. We add value by delivering data products that enables our business and ensure correct data to the most vital parts of the organization. As Solution Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in the daily operation, making sure that our solutions around Reference data, Benchmarks and Prices are of high quality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build new solutions based on stakeholder's demands.
• Operate our data management application (Market EDM).
• Work with and drive projects and initiatives as solution developer.

You’ll join a team of 6 skilled employees. based in Copenhagen and work closely together with the entire Market & Reference Data group with additional 12 employees across Lisbon, Copenhagen and Stockholm. 

The role is based in Oeiras.

Your experience and background: 

• Knowledge of financial instruments and the financial markets.
• Understanding of ETL applications or SimCorp Dimension is beneficial.
• Sound database understanding.
• Experience with Airflow and Kafka messaging is beneficial.
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably within IT, Computer Science or Economics.
