Would you like to play an instrumental role in onboarding of NAM’s range of new clients and Funds? We are seeking an Operational Analyst to help us deliver timely and high quality onboardings, and further enhance and develop our structuring of data, tech solutions and reporting processes.

 

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients.

 

About this opportunity

 

The onboarding team, organised within Trading and Operations, is driving the implementation of all new initiatives in NAM products, which can be in the format of Nordea Funds or bespoke client mandates. You will be part of a team of 8 employees and will be responsible for own implementation tasks focusing on operational- and process related tasks.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform daily operational- and process tasks related to onboardings ie. updating and checking systems and platforms with onboarding data based on standard operating procedures.
  • Data management and mapping.
  • Document  processes and working with applications utilized for onboarding of clients, products and brokers.

 

You will join a motivated and experienced team who will support you in growing into your new role. The position is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte).

Your experiience and background:

  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Academic background in business administration, finance or economics.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with structuring and updating of data, and working with Financial platforms (required).
