About this opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Business Management team in Lisbon. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the financial industry, analyze key business metrics, and bring your enthusiasm for working with data to generate insights. In this role you will assume the responsibility of collecting, analyzing and reporting data on our Sales Operations to our senior management, clients and various stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Produce Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports and ensure quality in the production of Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) Management reporting.
- Serve as the liaison between Sales and Finance to resolve issues related to flow reallocations and fees.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for our senior management and various stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Support the automation and increase efficiency of our processes where possible.
The role is based in Oeiras.

Your profile may be suitable if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in similar role (reporting, data analysis).
- Have experience in the asset management or finance industry.
- Are patient and resolute, with good organizational skills and attention to detail: This is essential when handling complex data-sets, ensuring accuracy in analysis, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Have effective communication with strong teamwork skills, allowing you to collaborate with different teams across the organization.
- Are interested and driven to continuously improve processes and workflows, empowering you to be accountable, identify areas for optimization, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Are fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
Good candidates may have:
- Have creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to leveraging data and technology, enabling you to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and data-drive decision-making.
- Experience in multi-cultural environments
- Familiarity with SQL. Any data oriented language is an asset (Python, C#).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI) is an asset.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a university.
