We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Production team in our growing Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organization in Lisbon. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the set-up of a new international hub and contribute to key marketing deliveries.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Marketing and Communication team. We add value by effectively handling the NAM IWD marketing activities globally. As a Senior Graphic Designer you’ll play a valuable role by contributing to our clients experience in a very dynamic, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment. This role is key and we are looking for a marketing professional with a very hands-on attitude and pragmatic approach.
 

Background: graphic design degree and 5-10 years experience in a similar role.
 

Must-have

• Core digital & print design skills, plus the ability to handle more complex projects
• Master Adobe Creative Cloud suite (in particular, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Multimedia basics - Adobe Premiere Pro and other similar
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in handling external vendors / freelancers

Main job tasks

• Produce/ design marketing deliveries for both print and digital
• Liaison/oversight of external vendors to facilitate production, ensuring correct layout of content received and timely deliveries
• Supporting with media ads, digital mass mailings and web/ SoMe digital assets
• Designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairs
• Creating new campaign materials to promote our funds in focus
• Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials

You’ll join a multi-skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to the local Head of Marketing Operations. 
 

The role is based in Oeiras.
