We are looking for a Senior Marketing specialist with Web CMS experience in Lisbon with a degree of digital skills to support the management of digital platforms and to oversee the web planning and delivery in our growing Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organization in Lisbon. Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. About this opportunity
Welcome to the Marketing Operations team. We add value by handling the NAM IWD marketing activities globally. As a Senior Marketing specialist with Web CMS experience you’ll play a valuable role by contributing to our clients’ digital experience in a very dynamic, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment. This role is key and we are looking for a marketing professional with a very practical attitude and pragmatic approach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute digital marketing activities across various channels in collaboration with various internal and externa stakeholders.
- Create, update, and optimize website and app content, including SEO-focused tasks.
- Manage document workflows, from configuration to publication and distribution, in a timely manner.
- Support web-related projects (e.g., migrations, feature rollouts, platform updates) by collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors, including developing static mock-ups for projects such as campaign microsites.
- Ensure legal and business compliance across all websites by implementing action plans.
- Establish procedures and processes to streamline digital operations and web publishing activities.
You’ll join a multi-skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to the local Head of Marketing Operations.
The role is based in Oeiras.

- Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including min 3 (three) years in a similar role; experience in handling external vendors would be considered, as well as working in a multicultural environment.
- Have good communication skills and English proficiency is mandatory.
- Manage digital tasks and project management, ensuring smooth transitions and outcomes in a highly operational and process-focused environment.
- Oversee several projects simultaneously while respecting sometimes tight deadlines..
- Have a high sense of priority and ability to re-reprioritize as per business needs and legal requirements.

Your experience and background:
- Office 365 Apps (Outlook, Teams, Project for Web, SharePoint).
- Strong knowledge to use Content Management Systems such as WordPress and Elementor, to create, edit, manage, and publish different types content on the internet.
- Working Knowledge of UI/UX, HTML, CSS.
- Multimedia basics - Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
- Salesforce MKT Cloud knowledge would be considered an asset.
